Menus are so difficult for me to write for the summer. Really, there is a whole lot of grilling, salads and cold cocktails. But I am trying to bake more, so hopefully, I will have some terrific recipes for desserts and breakfasts.
As for the menu this week, here it is:
Monday: Grilled pork chops, potatoes and fresh salad
Tuesday: Grilled cheese sandwiches and homemade tomato soup
Wednesday: Pork quesadillas, corn and beans
Thursday: Chicken fried deer steak, sautéed mixed veggies and mashed potatoes
Friday: Grilled pizzas
Saturday: BBQ Pork Loin with grilled veggies
Sunday: Burgers and fries from the grill!
